Overview

Our Mill Operators are modern day magicians. We give them a 120 foot stage, 4-6 assistants, and watch them transform coils of steel into beautiful fence posts. No fancy top hat is needed (and please, no rabbits) but it does help if you are mechanically inclined- the magic of the tube mill requires someone who understands how to make our forming, welding, sizing, and cut-off sections work together in harmony. Bonus magic points if you’ve led a team before- sometimes getting all the assistants on the same page can be trick-y!
